The USB-HUB port on this product cannot be used when connecting this product to Soundgenic's USB 3.0 port using a USB 3.0 cable. When using this product's USB-HUB port with Soundgenic, connect to Soundgenic's USB2.0 port, or use a USB2.0 cable to connect to Soundgenic's USB3.0 port.
